About 9 Days Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek
Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) is the most famous trekking trail in Nepal. Annapurna base camp trek is also known as Annapurna sanctuary trek. This trekking is very friendly trekking for the beginner trekkers because maximum elevation on this route is 4130m. Rhododendron flower along the way makes the route like a queen with ornaments. Everyday trekkers should hike 6/7 hours. Poonhill is the famous attraction on ABC trek. On 3rd day of normal trekking route you will get to Poonhill from where you can see amazing view of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and other Himalayan range. The best view on Annapurna base camp route is view of Machhapuchhre mountain. It is also known as Fishtail mountain. It is a holy mountain in Nepal. Nobody has climbed on Fishtail mountain yet. Trekkers can stay on ABC teahouse itself. On the way back by the same route you will pass by Jhinudanda. Jhinudanda is very famous for natural hotspring. Hotspring pond is at the bank of Modi river. You can bath on the hot pond and next day you will get back to Pokhara via Nayapul.
