You will also visit the old Buddhist monastery mentioned out of the 108 great Buddhist monasteries of the world (Tashi Lhakhang Monastery). The monastery in Manang called the Braga Monastery will also give you insights into this region's Buddhist history. Muktinath-Hindus ' holy temple, as well as Buddhists, is another spot you can enter during the Nar Phu Valley Trek. A visit to these religious sites will give you plenty of opportunities to learn about the region's culture. During this trek, the villages you will visit will also give you ample time to learn about the various ethnicities in Nepal, such as Gurung and Tamang.
